About
probability.app is a small collection of interactive visualizations of probability concepts. Each page takes one idea — a distribution, a theorem, a paradox — and lets you drag sliders to build intuition. No calculators, no tables. Move a parameter; watch the shape change.
The site is intentionally minimal. Every visualization runs live in your browser with a seeded pseudorandom generator; every slider state is reflected in the URL so specific views are shareable. There’s no tracking beyond page-level Cloudflare analytics, no cookies, no login.
How it’s built
Static Astro app deployed to Cloudflare Workers. Charts are Svelte islands over D3 scales (no D3 DOM ops). Prose pages are MDX.
Subscribe
There’s a form at the bottom of every page. You’ll hear from us when a new visualization goes up — usually every few weeks, never more than once a week. Unsubscribe is one click.

The bell curve glyph, typography (Inter), and colour palette (Tailwind slate + accents) are all chosen for calm readability over flash.
